Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0258-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Meritage Homes of California, Inc. as represented by Rob Wilson.
The project is limited to the construction of a 55-lot residential development on a 35.97-acre site, including vegetation removal, grading, construction of roads, installation of infrastructure, and the installation of a ConSpan bridge across Strap Ravine. Prefabricated bridge segments will be lowered over the channel of Strap Ravine via crane, and prefabricated wing walls will be connected to the bridge segments. Once the bridge is installed, dirt will be backfilled against the bridge and a road will be constructed on top.
Approximately 20.6 acres of the site will be graded to construct roads, home sites, and trenching for installation of infrastructure. A total of 12.88 acres will be retained on-site as open space.
