Document Description
The preferred alternative would construct a 4-lane arterial highway that begins at Chabot Court and continues south-easterly starting at Banta Road to bypass the community of Banta on the south side, continuing north-easterly to connect back to the existing Grant Line Rd alignment near its intersection with West 11th St. Between South Bird Rd and West 11th St, the new road would be constructed along the north side of the existing Grant Line Rd, allowing the existing two-lane road to continue to serve local traffic as a frontage road in the Stoneridge Neighborhood. Likewise, Grant Line Rd between Banta Rd and South Bird Rd will remain as a two lane road to serve local traffic.
