Document Description
A 15-year permit term renewal for a previously approved gravel mining and processing operation which has been permitted and operating since 1969. The project includes a CUP extension, special permit extension, reclamation plan review, and review of financial assurance cost estimates for a surface mining and processing operation involving the annual extraction of 40,000 cy of sand and gravel from Trinity River gravel bars at the extraction site over a 15-year period. Additionally, a concrete batch plant would be sited at the project site.
