Combine and up-tier of the current Registration Permit (19-AR-1251) and EA Notification (19-AR-1253) into a new Full Solid Waste Facility Permit to operate a Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility; construction of a new 30,000 sq. ft. transfer station building; increase in the maximum daily tonnage from the combined 165 tons per day (tpd) (150 tpd at 19-AR-1251 and 15 tpd at 19-AR-1253) to 1,000 tpd; increase design capacity from 165 tpd to 1,500 tpd; increase hours of operation from Monday through Sunday 4:00 am to 1000 pm to Monday through Sunday 24 hours/day; and operate on 1.3 acres.
