Request by Hughes PR Industries for a major grading permit for the placement and distribution of approximately 67,000 cy of excavated sediment and silt fill material over two proposed fill locations, totaling approximately 419,000 sf (9.62 acres). The sediment/silt fill material would be excavated from the southwestern portion of an existing agricultural reservoir located within 0.5 miles of the proposed upland fill locations on the Old Creek Ranch property. The project site is located at Old Creek Ranch, 3540 Old Creek Rd, approximately 5.75 miles northeast of the community of Cayucos. The project site is within the North County planning area (Adelaida Sub Area).
