Includes: rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of the vacated 9,180 sf Sunny Acres Children's Home/County Juvenile Detention Center (13 units); construction of three buildings 2,571 to 5,483 sf each (21 units total); paved approx. 500 ft long, 20 ft wide access road; 17-space paved parking lot & 5-ft tall retaining wall; approx. 720 sf central plaza; rain garden planters, bio-treatment areas, vegetated/cobble swale & dissipaters; signage, landscaping, trash/recycling, and utilities. Project may result in the disturbance of up to approximately two acres. Proposal to remove 1 oak tree, 9 pepper trees, and several shrubs/bushes onsite.
