Document Description
The project consists of additions to an existing permitted private recreational club and campground. The parcel is owned by the Catalina Island Conservancy; the San Diego Yacht Club has a lease area totaling 0.85 acres. The project proposes the addition of three cabins, (each 140 sf) for seasonal use, one beach master (300 sf) for seasonal use by the campground beach master, a trash/recycling enclosure (80 sf) in area, and an above ground greywater tank.
