The applicant is seeking coastal development permit authorizing the demolition of an existing approximately 1,577 sf one story single family dwelling and the construction of a new approximately 2,922 sf, two story single family dwelling on an approximately 8,486 sf lot in the R1-1 zone. Two on-site parking spaces would be provided in an existing detached garage. The existing garage, accessory structure, and swimming pool would all remain. No existing trees, protects or non-protected, would be removed. Eight cubic yards of earth material would be exported from the project site.
