Note: Review Per Lead A request by David Friedberg for a minor use permit to allow for the construction of a 9,100 sf general retail store and related site infrastructure, including associated parking, landscaping, lighting, and storm drainage. Construction of the project will necessitate demolition of one unoccupied single family dwelling currently located on site. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 34,560 sf on a 0.79 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the commercial retail land use category and is located at 972 K St, on the northeast corner of the intersection at 9th St, within the community of San Miguel. The site is within the Salinas River sub-area of the North County planning area.
