Document Description
The FSP Project entails the phased demolition, renovation, and new construction of multiple government buildings at the project site. The proposed demolition and new construction would occur within the superblock area of the Project site. Physical improvements at the County satellite buildings would be limited to renovation. Project implementation would occur in four phases over approx. 18 years and would allow for eventual renovation of approx. 289,360 sq. ft., demolition of approx. 429,277 sq. ft., and construction of approx. 818,676 sq. ft. of building space. This would result in a net increase of 389,399 sq. ft. of new government office uses.
