The District proposes to update its Water and Sewer Master Plans. The Master Plans will consider needed improvements to the District's Water and Sewer infrastructure to address deficiencies. The project is not intended to induce growth, but to provide the District with a plan if growth occurs.
The project does not include design, construction, or modifications to any physical facilities or infrastructure. As future improvement projects are implemented, CEQA documents will be prepared for each specific project. The intent of the project is to plan needed improvements to District infrastructure over the next decade. The project consists of the preparation of a planning document only.
