Note: Revised Demolition of three existing vacant commercial buildings totaling 172,500 sf of floor area and the removal of associated surface parking areas in order to construct an approx 584,000 gsf mixed use development on an approx 8.9-acre site. The project involves the construction of seven buildings containing approx 200,000 sf of commercial floor area and 422 multi family residential units. In addition, parking for approx 1,690 vehicles and 858 bicycles would be provided on site.
