Document Description
The project is the construction, use & maintenance of a new 151 unit, approx. 162,500 sf (3:1 FAR), 6-story apartment building having 267 automobile parking spaces & 166 bicycle parking spaces within 4 levels of parking. Vehicular access will be provided on Chavez Ravine Place via a new 30 ft wide driveway. The project requires approx. 59,250 cy of net earth export. The applicant requests the following discretionary approvals: 1) a site plan review to allow a project resulting in an increase of 50 or more dwelling units & 2) a haul route for the export of approx. 59,250 cy of earth material. The applicant also requests a street vacation for a portion of Stadium Way & Chavez Ravine Place to revert excess right of way (approx. 2,353 sf in area) to private ownership.
