A planned development permit (PD2016-0008) for Windset Farms to allow new ghg, packing facilities and associated utility and site improvements on 47.2 acres. The project would establish previously approved temporary hoop house greenhouse structures as permanent structures on 9 acres; allow construction of new GH No. 5 (covering 10.29 acres or 448,200 sf); allow construction of new GH No. 6 (covering 20.45 acres or 891,000 sf); and allow construction of a new packing and shipping shed (on 1.98 acres or 86,000 sf); and associated driveway, parking, stormwater, landscape and infrastructure improvements.
