The project consists of the adoption of the City's ATP. The City has developed the ATP with the intent of providing a comprehensive document outlining the future of walking and bicycling in Clovis. Specific development is not being proposed under this ATP and adoption of the CEQA document would not authorize any development. The City's ATP is intended as a guidance document with the ultimate vision of a connected and complete network of trails, walkways, and bikeways that provides safe, convenient, and enjoyable connections to key destinations around the city.
