The project site is located at the southwest corner of the US 101 and SR 46 West intersection at 1955 Theatre Drive. The project would involve the development of a new four-story, 116-room hotel on a 2.03 acre property. The hotel would total 69,821 sf and would be 53.5 feet tall at its highest point.
