Document Description
The project will construct a new advanced water treatment facility, expand an existing reclamation plant, construct numerous pipelines and pumps and discharge purified water into Miramar reservoir in order to produce purified water from recycled water. Temporary and permanent impacts will occur to non-wetland waters and vernal pools. Compensatory mitigation will restore vernal pools and enhance an existing streambed.
