Document Description
The project involves the rehabilitation & change of use of "Villa Carlotta" into a 50-guestroom boutique hotel. Additionally, the project will also include the demolition of the existing duplex at 1915 N. Tamarind Ave. & the new construction of a surface parking lot for up to 39 vehicles to serve the proposed hotel. As part of the hotel operations, alcohol service is proposed throughout the building incidental to the operation of the hotel.
