Document Description
Demolition of an existing restaurant and supporting structure (including 66 piles) and redevelopment with a new, two-story restaurant and supporting structure (on 53 piles). The new facility would be approximately 34,069 sf and include three distinct dining establishments, a coffee/gelato shop, an expanded dock and dine for short-term boat berthing, and a public viewing deck with seats for 108. The project would involve an approximately 9,214 sf increase in building floor area and a 4,480 sf increase in water coverage compared to existing. Restaurant seating would be increased by 464 seats. The replacement dock and dine would increase slips by 10.
