Document Description
The project would involve demolition of the existing two commercial buildings and the removal of the paved parking lot. The two-story building on the east side of the site is currently occupied by an antique/art shop, and the one-story building on the west side of the site consists of three retail spaces that are occupied by a cafe, vape shop/lounge, and vacant commercial space. After demolition, construction of a new 31,702 square-foot building would occur, which would consist of three stories of commercial office development and four levels of subterranean parking.
