Document Description
The project is for a coastal development permit with hearing to allow construction of a new 779 sf guesthouse with an attached 492 sf garage, a new 763 sf cabana, a 1,408 sf detached garage with 796 sf workshop and 239 sf pool equipment room. The max heights of the proposed structures are as follows: 14.1 ft above existing grade for the proposed cabana, 17.6ft above existing grade for the proposed garage and workshop, and 15.3 ft above existing grade for the proposed guesthouse. The project also includes the installation of an emergency generator, an underground propane tank and the replacement of an existing 8 ft diameter 3,000 gallon water tank with a new 10 ft diameter 5,050 gallon water tank.
