Document Description
Proposed project will accommodate RTA's current and future planned North County based fleet of public transit buses and vans, as well as employee parking and office space. The improvements that will be made to approximately 1.5 acres of the 8.59 acre site would be designed to minimize disruptions to existing County Corporation Yard activities. A total of 18 Mitigation Measures will minimize to less than significant or completely avoid on going/long term environmental impacts that would occur as a result of RTA consolidating its two existing operating facilities into the proposed project site.
