Document Description
The project is limited to installation and modification of several watercourse crossings; culvert removal at Erosion Control Point (ECP) 3; culvert replacement at ECP 4 with rock armoring at the upstream inlet and a rock downspout at the outlet; installation of rock fords at ECPs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 25, 25a, 26, 27, and 28; construction of watercourse gully crossings at ECP 6 and ECP 9; gully stabilization at ECP 9a; culvert removal with a temporary crossing installation at ECP 17; and bank stabilization at ECP 25a, as denoted in the non-industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) 1-15NTMP-001 SON Browder.
The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0116-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael J. Duffy representing Redwood Empire Sawmills.
