The purpose of this project is to fund the demonstration of three leak detecting technologies that can reduce the amount of water lost from leaking municipal piping. The three technologies being demonstrated are correlating continuous acoustic monitoring, satellite imagery leak detection, and flow sensitive pressure reducing valves.
