Specifically, the applicants are requesting a Wild Rose Drive front setback of 23 feetto the new detached garage (21 feet to eaves), 23 feet to the existing residence (21 feet to eaves) and 19 feet to the existing covered entry walkway (18 feet to eaves), whereas 45 feet, as measured from the centerline of the traveled way, is otherwise required. The applicant also requests a Variance to the Tamarack Road required 45 foot font setback (33 feet to eaves) for the existing residence.
