The pond banks will be graded to remove the steep slopes, and approximately 430 cubic yards of fill material will be placed in the pond to decrease the depth from 12 feet to approximately 6 feet. The borrow area will be seeded with native grass seed following grading disturbance. A new drainage swale will be excavated in a similar alignment as the existing swale. Willow and blackberry riparian vegetation surrounding the pond will be thinned when the pond is regraded.
