Document Description
The purpose of this project is to place a HMA overlay as a form of preventative maintenance. Work will consist of placing .1 hot mix asphalt overlay, replacing an HMA dike, replacing shoulder backing and replacing pavement delineation. No tree or shrub removal will occur.
