Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0027-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison, as represented by Mr. Hazem Gabr, 1218 South 5th avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016 (Permittee). The project is limited to the excavation of six existing wooden poles using a backhoe and crane truck; removal of excavated material from the Project area; and the installation of new, in-kind poles within Bridgeport Valley. Ingress/egress from work areas will result in temporary impacts to 1.357 acres of CDFW jurisdiction. No project activities will occur in flowing water, and equipment staging and maintenance areas will be located on existing paved areas.
