Issue right of entry permit to OCII for geotechnical investigation activities within Candlestick Point State Recreation Area. Work will include eight cone penetration tests and drilling two mud rotary borings extending up to 50 feet below the ground surface in the last port parking area and long the bay trail adjacent to Harney Way.
