The request is for approval of Zone Amendment 15-005 and Parcel Map 15-006. Zone amendment 15-005 would amend the current unclassified zone district to Rural Residential combined with 4-acre minimum lot area (R-R-BA-4)on the proposed 4.3 acre parcel. The proposed parcel map would create a single 4.3-acre parcel and a 23.3-acre remainder. The 23.3-acre remainder would remain in the Unclassified district until an appropriate zone district may be determined.
This project has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality act under the general exemption CEQA guidelines Section 15061(b)3) which applies to projects where it can be seen with certainty that that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment.
