Document Description
The project includes three encroachments and is limited to the following activities: replacement of existing 12-inch diameter corrugated metal pipes (CMP), with 24-inch diameter, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. No trees are proposed to be removed as part of the project and work will occur when the affected stream channel sections are dry.

The project consists of replacement of existing structures where the new structures will be located on the same sites as the structures replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structures replaced. No mature, scenic trees will be affected by this project. There will be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to Section 15065.
