Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0150-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Sean Goff. The project is limited to one encroachment to upgrade an undersized and failing culvert. The existing culvert will be replaced with a minimum 36" diameter culvert of a minimum length of 60 feet. Work for the project will include excavation and replacement of the culvert and rock armoring to minimize

The project will upgrade a failing and undersize culvert. The work will include removal of the failing culvert, replacement of a new culvert, and rock armoring to minimize erosion. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to Sectio n15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
