The project covered under the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0456-R3 CDFW is executing pursuant to Section 1602 Fish and Game Code, covers only activities associated with the pipe replacement above a culverted section of Redwood Creek. The pipeline will be installed in an approximately 4-deep trench underneath the existing asphalt layer, coated with cement slurry. The concrete encased pipe will be placed directly beneath the road so it will not have any contact with the creek flow. The trench will be backfilled and patch-paved after the pipe is installed. A small excavator will be used to dig the trenches and other equipment used will be saw cutters, a mobile crane and paving machinery.
