Existing street light fixtures will be replaced with decorative street light fixtures along M Street and the pedestrian access area to improve the visibility and safety of the pedestrian walkways. New decorative light fixtures will be installed at the same location of the existing street light fixtures within the county right of way at the back of the sidewalk. Associated work will include sidewalk removal and replacement to install the street lights.
