CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0185-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Terry Wold.
The project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion. A Class II stream is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for this project will include use and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure.
