The project will install up to 5,300 water meters on existing, currently unmetered residential water service connections, as required by California Assembly Bill 2572. The project will install approx. eight (8) meters per week during the tahoe Basin grading season from May 1st to October 15th of each construction season for a total of three phases, beginning in 2017 through completion in 2019.
