Document Description
The project is limited to removing up to 400 cubic yards of accumulated sediment in the upper portion of the reservoir, near the stream inflow area. Temporary equipment access road along approximately 10-feet wide and 200-feet along the northern edge of the reservoir immediately adjacent to the existing residence. Native riparian enhancement of approximately 1,400 square feet (27 x 12.5 feet left bank; 38 x 29 feet right bank) along the lower reservoir area and spillway. The subject diversion operates under a license for diversion and use of water, documented by Permit #8999, License #5092 on file with the State Water board. Records indicate that amounts of water shall not exceed 3.5 acre-feet per annum collected from about November 1 of each year to about June 1
