Document Description
The project includes eight encroachment activities with nine components and is limited to the following: maintenance of water system infrastructure located on a bank of an Unnamed Tributary to Elkhorn Creek, diversion of water from a single point of diversion, within the developed spring, replacement of a rusted out, 16 inch diameter corrugated metal pipe with a 24 inch diameter CMP and critical dip, installation of rock fords at existing seasonal road crossings, installation of an 18 diameter culvert at an existing seasonal road crossing, and replacement of a 6 inch diameter corrugated metal pipe with a 18 inch diameter culvert, and re-construction of an inboard ditch.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of existing structures to meet current environmental protection standards. New structures will be located at the same sites as the structures replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structures replaced. There will be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065.
