The Department of General Services project includes tenant improvements for the State of California School for the Dead Campus located in the City of Riverside. The project consists of new chain link fencing with pedestrian and vehicular gates from the south property line to the Administration Building located between existing preschool and elementary school buildings that front Horace Street; and new tubular steel fencing with pedestrian and vehicular gates from the Administration Building north to the Career Technical Complex, parallel to Horace Street along the administration parking lot and driveway.
