The Project is to replace a 55-foot long section of steel pipeline in an area where an anomaly had been repaired previously in 2005 and again in 2011. The replacement of the pipeline is necessary to more permanently repair the anomaly and to protect against potential pipeline failure and potential disruption of services in the future.
