The project involves three encroachment activities with four project components and is limited to the following: maintenance of a small water pump and associated infrastructure located on a bank of the Black Butte River, direct diversion, and diversion of water to storage from a single point of diversion, within the Black Butte River, replacement of an existing undersized culvert with an 18 to 24 inch diameter culvert, and installation of a new culvert or rocked ford at an existing, un-improved stream crossing.
