- Document Description
- Combie Rd is located in the southwestern portion of Nevada County near the Lake of Pines/Higgins Corner communities, in Grass Valley, CA. The project study area limits extend eastward from the intersection of SR 49 and Combie Rd to the intersection of Magnolia Rd and Lakeshore Dr, a distance of approximately 5,300 ft (just over a mile). As part of the proposed project, the County plans to widen Combie Rd to 5 lanes, construct a traffic signal at the Combie Rd/Higgins Rd intersection, and construct a separate bicycle and pedestrian pathway.
