Document Description
The project would consist of a single 30,211 sf office building on the 1.44 acre site. The building would house the district offices, which are currently housed in the two permanent and several temporary buildings on the overall project site. The ground floor would be 12,874 sf; the second and third floors would be 9621 sf and 7716 sf, respectively. A total of 76 car parking spaces would be provided for the building. Existing solar arrays on the site would be relocated as shades on the parking area.
