Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0049-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Holly Smyth/City of Hercules. Project is associated with the restoration of a 12-acre site for the Chelsea wetlands that will excavate approx. 40,000 cubic yards of sediment to develop a tidal marsh complex with a channel. The project is limited to temporary installation and removal of sheet pile walls along the northern portion of Pinole Creek, creation of 65 linear feet of channel, the relocation of abandonment of a 36-inch culvert along Pinole Creek by installation of a box culvert on the embankment after the culvert is removed or abandoned.
