The project will install an earthen berm/sheet pile wall along Santa Fe Ave. adjacent to the marsh-upland area and a sheet pile wall along 8 chelsea-by-the-bay houses. A flap-gate will also be installed on the 36" culvert under the Santa Fe Ave. An 18" culvert will be abandoned in place with concrete and marsh upland area owned by Chelsea-by-the-Bay HOA will be incorporated.
