Document Description
Proposal to develop full service automobile collision facility on a 1.98-acre lot. The building will be 14,600 sf including 12,754 sf of shop floor and 1,846 sf of office space. The remaining portion of site will be developed into a front and back parking area. A masonry screen wall would enclose the back parking area. The front and back parking areas would be separated by two 26 ft wide ornamental sliding gates located on both side of the building structure. In addition, Caliber Collision will offer online estimates, lifetime warranty, onsite car rentals, towing service, paint-less dent repair, and auto glass repair services. Operations will be housed inside the building structure and will not involve outdoor operations.
