Document Description
A 16-inch diameter irrigation well will be constructed to a depth of approx. 800 feet in an area measuring approx. 120 by 150 feet, and fitted with a turbine pump with a peak pumping rate of approx. 500 to 900 gpm. The well will be pumped intermittently (usually March through October) to meet a water demand of approx. 225 acre feet per year. Wellhead equipment may be enclosed in a small shelter/fenced compound. Power service will be extended from an existing PG&E power line approx. 350 feet to the southeast, including installation of several wooden power poles. An unimproved dirt access path will extend about 1,400 feet from McCracken Rd south along the east side of the property.
