The project site currently has a Placer County General Plan Land Use designation of Rural Residential and is zoned by the County as Farm. The Lincoln General Plan designates the project site as Village; and the family residences, and farmland to the east; farmland, a decommissioned City of Lincoln landfill, and Viriginiatown Road to the south; and single family residences to the west.

Certification of the Lincoln Meadows FEIR; Amendment of the General Plan to exclude the Lincoln Meadows project from Village 2; Pre-zoning of the Lincoln Meadows project and adjacent roadways to R-1 (single family residential) and OS (open space); and, Approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map to allow up to 144 low density single-family dwellings, landscape corridors, open space and associated improvements on approx. 40 acres located generally northeast of the intersection of Virginiaatown Road and Hungry Hollow Road (APN: 021-231-018).
