Approval of Permit No. 19232, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control, within a Regulated Stream: To construct 24-inch diameter cast-in-steel-shel piles around the existing abutments each topped with a pile cap and a concrete crossbeam and tied to the existing abutment; construct a 108-inch diameter cast-in-drilled hole pile with a streel casing on each existing pier and topped with reinforced concrete collar and bonded to the existing pier support; attach gusset plates to truss members, remove and replace eight timber dolphins with steel-pile dolphins.
