The project site is a privately owned residential lot (57,400 sf including submerged portion) and is developed with a 3,698 sf single family residence located along the shoreline of San Francisco Bay. The proposed waterside improvements consist of a fixed pier (480 sf), gangway (66 sf), floating dock (275 sf) and boat lift (5 sf) for private recreational use.
